Shipping policy

Within Germany the shipping costs are € 4.90, from an order value of € 50.00 we ship free of charge. Within Europe the shipping costs are € 13.99, from € 100.00 we ship free of charge.

We do not send to addresses outside the EU because that would pollute the environment too much. We send all parcels carbon-neutral with DHL Green.

Shipping time
As a rule, our domestic DHL parcels should arrive within 2-3 working days. Shipping to other European countries can take 7 days. The delivery service is responsible for the delivery time of the shipment and we cannot influence it. You will receive a tracking code after you have placed your order so that you know where your shipment is.
